The D-air stand-alone airbag system is water-resistant, it does not require cables and connections with the bike and is made with an exclusive, Dainese-patented bag that thanks to a micro-filament structure ensures consistent and controlled inflation, while offering the same level of protection in every area of this vest.
This state-of-the-art system is also fitted with a control unit with 7 sensors monitoring and processing data 1,000 times per second, and activates the airbag in case of sliding, high siding, impact with an object or another vehicle, tailgating or stopped-vehicle impact. To complete the picture, this jacket features the outer wear- and tear-resistant and anti-pilling polyester mesh and the reflecting inserts ensuring maximum visibility.
